Susan Block, LMFT successfully unlocked the secrets of building a flourishing 6 figure, private pay practice from ground zero! Here’s her story.

She is a former elementary school teacher who taught for over 15 years. In her early years of teaching, she realized she climbed the wrong “ladder of success” and went back to graduate school to become a marriage and family therapist.

Susan began her journey as a private practice owner in 2011, while working full time as a teacher. She spent her off hours learning marketing, working through money mindset challenges, and gaining the confidence to take calculated risks.

Susan successfully grew her practice with limited time AND on a shoestring budget. After many years of teaching full time and growing the practice, she was able to leave her teaching career behind. Susan understands how scary and exciting it is to leave the safety net of full-time work to chase your private practice dreams. She's excellent at helping clinicians successfully navigate this transition.

While growing her private practice, Susan established strong relationships with therapists locally and nationally. She coached them on how to successfully build their private practices.

Susan has a natural talent of compassionately helping others work through their fears and boosting their confidence to reach their goals. Her coaching approach is direct, yet nurturing, supportive, and encouraging.

Susan loves spending time running on the beach, watching comedy shows, and volunteering with rescue dogs through a program called Lunch Buddies. She understands the importance of work-life balance.

HOW DOES COACHING WORK?

We offer one on one coaching options and group coaching options to best meet your needs. With all of the other business startup costs, we understand finances can be a concern for many of you, which is why we provide different payment options so you can get the support you need without breaking the bank.

You'll see on the checkout page there are options to purchase a 30 minute Laser Focused Coaching Session; Hour Laser Focused Coaching Session; or cost saving package of 4 Hour Laser Focused Coaching Sessions.

Once coaching is scheduled, we meet via zoom. Please make sure to sign on a few minutes early on your computer in a quiet place and bring headphones (the ones that come with your phone will work just fine) for best quality experience. All coaching sessions will be recorded and sent to you so you can continue to refer back to it in the future.

We make it easy peasy for you... all you need is your computer, headphones (the ones that come with your phone will work just fine), and a quiet place to focus.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR COACHING?

We offer different options for one on one coaching to best meet your needs! You will be able to select from the following options: 30 Minute Laser Focused Coaching; 1 Hour Laser Focused Coaching; or SAVE the MOST with our Package of 4, 1 Hour Laser Focused Coaching Sessions. You will be able to decide with your coach how you would like to break up the coaching sessions.

DO MY COACHING SESSIONS EXPIRE?

We want you to get the best possible results possible from coaching, which is why we require that you use your coaching sessions within 3 months of the initial purchase date.

WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for our one on one coaching. If you MUST cancel or reschedule, you need to do so within 24 hours of your scheduled coaching time otherwise you will forfeit the cost of your coaching session.
